When College Football changed it's format, the one thing that didn't change was the importance of the Sugar Bowl. Now, in the College Football Playoffs, the Sugar Bowl is now a semi-final game in the new format. The winner of this game will move on to play the College Football Playoff Championship Game on January 12th at the AT&T Stadium in Arlington.
